Disc Cleaning / Repair Standard

I authorize RNH Hobbies to resurface the discs listed above. I understand that resurfacing is intended to reduce read-side scratches and may
improve readability, but it does not guarantee that any disc will work, become cosmetically perfect, or be restored to like-new condition. Resurfacing
cannot repair cracks, chips, warping, disc rot, delamination, label-side damage, missing data layers, or some deep scratches. Some discs may have
electronic, manufacturing, or data damage unrelated to surface condition. RNH Hobbies may refuse any disc that appears unsafe or unsuitable for
resurfacing. I have reviewed the rates above and authorize the selected service charges for each disc processed.
